- WHAT IS MY PERSONAL DATA?
Personal Data means any information that describes or relates to your personal circumstances. Your Personal Data may identify you directly, for example your name, address, date or birth, National Insurance number. Your Personal Data may also identify you indirectly, for example, your employment situation, your physical and mental health history, or any other information that could be associated with your cultural or social identity.

- WHAT IS OUR LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA?
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), we must have a lawful basis for processing your personal data.
CONSENT
We will only ever contact you when you have asked us to. We do not call, email or use SMS to advertise our services. If you complete an online enquiry form, we will ask your permission to contact you by phone so that we can gather more information from you about your accident.
If you would prefer us to contact you by email, we can but we will need to verify your identity to provide some of our services to you.
We ask you to complete our Consumer Support Questionnaire so that you may provide us with details that help us to better support you through the accident management process. You are not obligated to provide this information but where you choose to, we process this data under the lawful basis of Consent, and it is kept confidential within our secure records. Where you provide data relating to your health, we will require your explicit consent to process the data.
CONTRACT
Where you enter into a Hire agreement with us, we will need to process your personal details, including proof of identity, drivers’ licence, insurance details and your payment details.
LEGITIMATE INTEREST
Where you follow us on Facebook or other Social Media platforms, you may receive our adverts and posts. You may un-follow us at any time if you do not want to see our posts, or you can change your settings to limit the advertising content you receive through the relevant platform.
LEGAL
On occasion, we may use your Personal data to fulfil our obligations to our regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or for wider compliance with any legal or regulatory obligation. In such circumstances, we would be processing your Personal Data to meet a legal or other regulatory obligation with which we must comply.
- DATA SHARING
Rozzii are an Accident Management firm that offer and introduce services to you that aim to help you get back on the road as quickly as possible. Our main business is to provide taxi drivers with replacement vehicles to support the continuance of their livelihood following an accident. Where we cannot provide a suitable vehicle replacement, we may be able to refer you to a third-party Hire Company. We will only do this with your consent.
As part of our contract with you, we may share some of your data with third-party providers, such as storage facilities and vehicle repair garages. This data will be limited to what is necessary for the particular services we use to fulfil our contract with you.
Rozzii cannot pursue a personal injury claim on your behalf but may recommend an appropriate legal service. We receive a fee for recommending a law firm who can provide personal injury services to you. This is usually under a marketing agreement and any recommendation fees we receive will not be charged or passed on to you. We do not share your data with the recommended firm. We will provide you with the law firm’s details.
- DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
Your privacy is important to us. We will keep your Personal Data secure in accordance with our legal responsibilities. We will take all reasonable steps to safeguard your Personal Data against it being accessed unlawfully or maliciously.
We also expect you to take reasonable steps to safeguard your own privacy when transferring information to us, such as not sending confidential information over unprotected email, ensuring email attachments are password protected or encrypted.
Your Personal Data will be retained by us for a minimum of three years, unless you ask us to delete it; or in instances whereby we have a legal right to such information we will retain records indefinitely. Deleting your data may not always be possible but once it is no longer in use, we will anonymise it.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
