We provide replacement vehicles on a credit hire basis to drivers that have been involved in non-fault accidents.

Credit hire is the provision of a hire vehicle to a non-fault party for a period while
their vehicle is not available for use. This could be whilst repairs to a vehicle are
taking place or if the vehicle is not repairable until the client (driver) receives their
total loss payment.

We are currently working towards becoming a subscriber of the Association of British Insurers ‘General Terms of Agreement (GTA). Our practices and rates are aligned with the GTA

We can supply our driver with like for like vehicles under this service including taxis, minibuses and wheelchair adapted vehicles.

For a non-fault private hire licensed driver, getting a replacement credit hire vehicle is critical otherwise you could lose money by not being able to work. We make it our priority to work with your insurer and the at fault party’s insurer to deliver a seamless accident management service which restores you to your pre-accident position.

What’s the benefit of a credit hire vehicle?
